Diversity Training

  
In the US, many organizations propose “diversity training” sessions to their employees. The objective is to fight against clichés, racism and misogyny.

We do not have such training sessions in France, because we generally consider that it is not the role of companies and employers to fight against racism and misogyny.

I think that “diversity training” is a good thing, even if some experts consider that the actual impact is very limited.
